Hello! On Christmas Eve I was running around doing errands in a very frantic way. I dropped my wallet and wasn't sure where exactly I had lost it. My Mama posted about it on Facebook and someone told us that they had witnessed someone turn in a wallet to customer service the exact afternoon I had lost it. I just wanted to express my joy and gratitude to you. Thank you so very much!!! Minutes after we saw this person's comment on Facebook, we called Kohl's and I was able to retrieve my lost wallet. I am so very grateful to you for your kindness. You made my year. I hope you are well and that you had a very Merry Christmas, happy holiday season, and I'm wishing you all the very best for 2022.
