Horse and farm caretaker needed

Private farm looking for a part/full time caretaker. I have two horses, three goats and chickens. I also have two dogs that will need occasional watching over when I'm out of town. Ongoing Responsibilities: Feeding, cleaning stalls, turning out and bringing in the horses, general cleaning and upkeep of the arena, grooming the riding arena, general clean up in goats barn and chicken coop. Seasonal Responsibilities: pasture maintenance, mowing, weed whacking, pressure washing, general land maintenance e.g. weed control, tree branch clean up, turning and maintaining manure piles. Brand new Tiny Home with paid utilities available. Monthly retainer fee will be dependent on hours and job scope.
