Join us for a night of laughs, desserts, and fun - all for a great cause and a chance to support our local seniors. Since 2009, Meals of Joy Founder Larry Cervarich has been on a mission to serve seniors in need across the West Valley by providing them with a hot and ready to eat meal that’s delivered directly to their doorstep. During the height of the pandemic, meal demand increased exponentially and each month, nearly 700 meals were being served to seniors from Goodyear to Peoria, Avondale to Buckeye and beyond. By providing our seniors with a healthy and tasty meal that doesn’t require any preparation, we were able to keep them safe at home. Our Laugh for Joy events allows us to celebrate the incredible work achieved in 2021 and also taking a moment to enjoy a much needed laugh, and after making it through 2020 and 2021, we all could use a good laugh. Important: Due to continued concerns about COVID-19 we strongly encourage mask wearing at indoor events including the Gala.. Meals of Joy and Wondry are not responsible for any related health issues that may arise following the attendance of the Gala.
