The Medve Group, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor at our 184 unit community, The Arts Apartments at Bluebonnet Place. This position will guide our team and perform various hands-on duties necessary to upkeep and enhance the value of our beautiful property. Duties: • Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew • Prepare units to move-in ready condition • Performs various community maintenance functions • Responds to resident service requests and issues • Maintain activity log • Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager Requirements: • 2+ years of maintenance experience • 1+ years supervisory experience • MUST be able and willing to work hands-on alongside the maintenance crew • Assist with on-call responsibilities • HVAC certification • Demonstrate excellence customer service skills Incentives: • Excellent pay • Great benefits • 35% housing discount • 401k 50% match up to 6% • 15 vacation/PTO days in initial year • 8 company paid holiday’s • Paid parental leave Qualified candidates are asked to submit their resume to [email protected] or visit our careers center at to complete an application for immediate consideration.
