Camera installer/technician - No computer background required!

I'm with a company that is working with the city of Omaha to install a few traffic cameras along several streets/intersections. We are based in Raleigh, NC and need someone trusted in Omaha to be able to check in on and service the cameras we have installed there. These cameras will be installed low on the pole (ladder height) not like most intersection cameras that are installed at the very top and hard to access. No computer background required but basic understanding of electrical concepts is great. This "job"/gig is an ongoing task if things work out well.
