Chef's Table Series is an unforgettable three-course dining experience featuring the creativity of NW Arkansas' best Chefs. Our January Chef's Table headlines Chef Darwin Beyer, Executive Chef and Founder of Meiji Japanese Cuisine in Fayetteville. Chef Darwin Hamada Beyer’s training, experience, and passion for food are at the heart of all he creates. At Meiji it isn’t enough for a dish to be delicious — it must also honor Japanese cuisine’s unique history while offering something new at the same time. Chef Darwin will be creating a unique three-course menu espeically for this event. Your ticket includes: A 3-Course Fine Dining Experience Drink Pairings with Each Course Live Classical Music And we'll have an open house for our guests to tour Natural State Rock & Republic's historic home, featuring local art from Northwest Arkansas. 5:30 - a la carte cocktail hour while guests arrive and mingle, view the art, and tour the historic home 6:30 - dinner seating *We must have a minimum number of 15 guests to host Chef's Table. If we do not reach the minimum number of guests by 5 days before, then each guest will receive a refund or a credit to a future Chef's Table event.
