President and CEO Craig Zinn’s “hands-on” management approach is evident across the company’s South Florida authorized dealerships including Toyota of Hollywood, Lexus of Pembroke Pines, Acura of Pembroke Pines, Lexus of North Miami, Subaru of Pembroke Pines, and 441 Auto Rental. Each location offers auto sales, leasing, rental, financing, repair services, auto parts, accessories, and body shop services. An American automotive entrepreneur and generous philanthropist, Zinn founded CZAG in 1981, when he acquired Toyota of Hollywood. CZAG’s success over the last four decades is attributed to its dedicated employees, customers, and partnerships within the greater South Florida community. Zinn’s children, Zachary and Brittany, both work with him in the family business and his father, Dave Zinn, founded the first Toyota dealership, Triangle Toyota, in Florida more than 60 years ago in February 1966. Zinn gained his experience in the automotive industry from an early age while working for his father. From washing and detailing cars to parts inventory and running the retail parts counter, to Craig’s favorite, the used car lot, Zinn’s involvement and experience in each department have always played to his advantage. “I am honored to be in business for 40 years and continue the legacy that my father began with his car dealership, and that my children and I are proud to carry on,” said Craig Zinn. “Our mission is to be South Florida’s finest automobile dealership group, known for superior products, community involvement and employees dedicated to the ultimate customer service experience. Having competed in the Ferrari Challenge series, his driving skills are always being challenged and improved by experience and passion. He attends Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance every year, is an avid participant in the Ferrari Cavalcade and enjoys driving on racetracks all over the world. Born in the Bronx, New York, Zinn moved to Miami, Florida with his parents when he was just a few weeks old. Growing up in Miami, he graduated from North Miami Beach, Sr. High School in 1975 and went on to attend Northwood University in Midland, Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, an associate degree in automotive marketing and a Certified Automotive Merchandiser certificate. He also completed the General Motors course in Dealership Management at the General Motors Institute in Flint, Michigan.
