Brand New luxury apartment community in Austin, TX needs an experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician. *POSITION DESCRIPTION* - Responsible for assisting with maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times. This involves insuring a clean and well maintained living environment for residents, visitors and staff. - Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems. - An effective program of maintenance is essential in order to: * Maintain a clean well maintained environment * Cultivate resident satisfaction * Protect the investment of the apartment property owner * Perform other duties as required *WHAT WE OFFER* - Excellent Base Salary + Bonus Pay - 10 Paid Vacation Days per year - 5 Paid Sick Days per year - Paid Health Insurance for all Full-Time employees - Dental/ Vision/ & Life Insurance options - Oppurtunities for growth and training *GENERAL POSITION INFORMATION* - Full Time / 40 Hours per week - Being on call is required - Eligible for Overtime pay - Multi-family maintenance experience (Preferred) - Background and drug testing required for employment.
