Machine Operators - Entry Level

We are looking entry level workers to learn how to be an operator of equipment that forms aluminum rolls into seamless gutter accessories with the use of a roll forming machine. Operate a roll forming, stamping, and/or expander machines. Package products and move to stocking area for order picking. Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Permanent Full Time Position (40 hours) • Paid onsite training • Opportunities for career advancement • Annual raises based on length of service not merit • Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance • Access to Total Employee Wellness Program • 401k with 2% employer match paid bi weekly • 3 weeks PTO after one year employment Qualifications: • Willing to Train! • Basic understanding of warehouse operations, and safety rules. • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb. • Must be able to lift up to 45- 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds throughout a workday. • Willingness to operate a forklift and pallet jack after training. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big PLUS, but not required. • Handle petty cash as needed. • Any Forklift or Warehouse experience is a Plus!
