Tosa Testing Site Shut Down Due To Traffic, Moved To Hart Park

WAUKESHA, WI—A pop-up COVID-19 testing site managed by Grand Avenue Pharmacy has moved to Hart Park,7300 W. Chestnut St. after being shut down at a different location last week. The pop-up testing site at 68th Street and North Avenue was closed down on Dec. 28 due to being a traffic hazard. Traffic was backed up five blocks, police said to Patch. "We had received numerous complaints about the traffic congestion due to the location of the testing trailer. On Tuesday we went to check on the status and there were significant traffic and pedestrian concerns, bus route concerns, and traffic was backed up five blocks," police said. The hours for the Hart Park testing site, 7300 Chestnut St., are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
