*PAID WEEKLY* *PAID WEEKLY* *PAID WEEKLY* IMMEDIATE need for 1099/subcontractors to handle ongoing projects for single family investment home renovations/flips. Looking for: -RESIDENTIAL REMODELERS -SMALL GENERAL CONTRACTORS -HANDYMEN (at least 2 man crew) -GENERAL LABORERS Requirements: 1. MUST possess Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M / $2M Aggregate) 2. Crews must possess own transportation, materials and own equipment/tools of that specific trade to perform the job. 3. Complete jobs on time without construction defect or large punch items, understand scopes and the process of coordinating labor and scheduling efficiently. 4. Document & communicate through email and phone with biweekly updates including pics, c/o items and weekly schedules. 5.
