Description
FRAMINGHAM, MA — A small mixed-use apartment building may soon sprout along Waverly Street in Framingham.
Newton-based developer Charles Zammuto will go before the Planning Board on Thursday over a planned six-unit building at 804 Waverly St. The parcel contains a single-family home that would be torn down.
According to plans, the building would be three stories with a 475 square-foot space for a non-residential use at the ground level. The building would contain four two-bedroom units and two one-bedroom units, plus 12 parking spaces.
If approved, the development would be one of the first mixed-use buildings in Framingham approved since the expiration of the apartment moratorium last year.
The Planning Board meeting begins at 7 p.m. on Thursday.
