Join us for Daxton’s Art of Dining! A curated dining experience inspired by Daxton Hotel's permanent art collection.
Kicking off with a tour of the Daxton Hotel Art collection, guests will enjoy champagne and an in-depth introduction to the art that inspires the evening. Chef Rece Hogerheide, Pastry Chef Duncan Spangler, and Director of Beverages and Service, Sommelier Liz Martinez, come together to create a four-course dinner and wine pairing in the Wine Room that showcases their interpretation of pieces from the hotel’s permanent collection. It is an evening of culinary creativity, fine wines, conversation, and decadent dining with new friends.
