Paul Ash Management Company is an established community and property management company looking for motivated team players to create a partnership with and grow the company. We are excited to announce multiple openings in our fast-growing Maintenance Division. We are looking for hard working and dedicated individuals to fill various positions from porter to skilled journeymen. Duties involve general maintenance and property cleanup to more experienced levels including drywall, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC and landscaping. We are able to accommodate varying schedules and have full-time and part-time hourly opportunities. This position works under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager. We offer an attractive compensation package that includes medical, dental and vision benefits for full time employees after 60 days of employment, employee assistance plans, paid time off after 90 days of employment and 401(k) plan. Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license and auto insurance, and be able to pass drug/alcohol and background reference checks. Candidates with a work truck and owned tools preferred.
