WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. "This sweet girl was found roaming on Coleman street no collar, tags or microchip," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "If anyone has any information on this sweet girl please contact the West Haven Animal shelter at 203-937-3642 between 8am and 3pm any day please leave all messages in the general voicemail box."
