Press release from the Montgomery County Department of Police: January 3, 2022 UPDATE : January 4, 2022 - Stephen Charles Morgret has been located safe and unharmed.  _______________________________________________________________________________ Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Missing Persons Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating a 43-year-old male who went missing from Germantown. Stephen Charles Morgret was last seen on December 27 in the area of the 7-Eleven at 19700 Frederick Road in Germantown. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap with a gold emblem, jeans and a dark colored hooded sweatshirt with a white Nike symbol. Morgret is 6-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs approximately 235 pounds. He has brown and gray hair, blue eyes, and an unknown tattoo with Chinese lettering on one arm. Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
