MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester police are searching for a 21-year-old woman who was last seen on Dec. 21. Sherrian Howe is being described as 5-foot-1 and 105 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Police included her image with a Monday Silver Alert announcement. Police said a vehicle associated with Howe was located unoccupied in Windsor Locks on Dec. 28.
