Warehouse Manager Acer Exhibits & Events is a full-service Trade Show Exhibit House located in Havre de Grace, MD. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with the understanding of all warehouse and distribution functions. Responsibilities include:- Manage the project schedule and ensure all scheduled ship/due dates are met.Review all project documents, CAD prints, work orders, design renderings and tasks/change orders to properly evaluate the project/exhibit before shipping.Assemble and dismantle exhibits before and after the show using various power and hand tools.Expedite the inbound process ensuring all returning projects/exhibits are inbounded properly and timely, ensuring all discrepancies and/or damages are documented and resolved.Attend project launch meetings, collaborate on how to provide the best product to our clients.Train warehouse staff on all aspects of the warehouse process including safety procedures and clearly define expected responsibilities.Manage a team of warehouse inventory specialists. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse at all times.Maintain constant communication with other departments regarding current projects.Attend monthly safety meetings as part of the safety committee and focusing on safety within the warehouse and throughout the facility. Requirements Management and supervisory experience.Strong organization and communication skills.Ability to lead and motivate staff. Ability to drive a standard forklift and become certified. Possess an understanding of warehousing and distribution activities, barcoding system knowledge helpful Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Stoop, sit, kneel, lift up to 75 pounds, and work with a computer.
