Press release from the City of College Park : January 4, 2022 From the Prince George's County Planning Department:  Old Town College Park Historic District Local Advisory Committee Seeks New Members The Prince George's County Historic Preservation Commission is seeking interested residents and property owners who live in the Old Town College Park Historic District and/or in the City of College Park to volunteer to serve on the Old Town College Park Historic District Local Advisory Committee (OTCPHD LAC). The Local Advisory Committee reviews Historic Area Work Permits (HAWPs) and development applications that impact the Old Town College Park Historic District and provides comments and recommendations to the Historic Preservation Commission on those applications.
