MERCER COUNTY, NJ — As COVID-19 cases rise in New Jersey, free COVID-19 testing for residents resumed in Mercer County on Monday, County Executive Brian M Hughes said. Hughes has teamed up with the New Jersey Department of Health to offer free COVID-19 testing to all County residents.
Testing will take place at CURE Insurance Arena, Gate C, 81 Hamilton Ave. Trenton. Appointments are not necessary and anyone age 2 and above who lives, works or goes to school in New Jersey can get tested.
Here are the dates and times:
Monday, Jan. 3, 2022, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Gate C Tuesday, Jan. 4, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Gate C Wednesday, Jan. 5, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Gate C Thursday, Jan. 6, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Gate C Friday, Jan. 7, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Gate C As of Monday morning, Mercer County reported 827 cases of COVID-19 and three deaths, one lab-confirmed and two hospital-related.
On Saturday, the state reported 29,740 new cases, the highest since the pandemic began.
