ANNAPOLIS, MD — Police announced that a man used a can of crab meat during an Annapolis assault last Wednesday. Officers arrested the suspect, identified as 63-year-old Keith Leslie Brown. The male assault victim approached authorities around 10:25 a.m. in the 1100 block of Hilltop Lane. The victim told police that he knows Brown and that the suspect hit him with the can.
