Press release from the St. Joseph County Government: January 3, 2022 St. Joseph County is establishing a Code Enforcement program. Three new ordinances are proposed for adoption:  The County is hosting three in-person public meetings, and one virtual public meeting to present the ordinances and solicit public comment.   Public comment can also be submitted online using the comment forms at the bottom of this page. The public comment period on these will end on February 18th.  These comments, along with any received at the public meetings will be presented to the County Council at their Committee Meeting on Tuesday, February 22, 2022.  The Council Council will then hold a final Public Hearing on these ordinances at their Tuesday, March 8, 2022 meeting.  Can't see the table below?
