Information Providers, Inc. is looking for part time employees to complete on-site inspections for insurance underwriting purposes. No experience necessary. We are looking for inspectors to cover Sioux City, Lemars, Storm Lake, Spencer, Spirit Lake, Sioux Center areas and more. Field Analyst/Inspectors complete on-site inspections on commercial and residential properties for insurance underwriting purposes. You will identify all hazards or concerns and provide photographs and sometimes measurements. You will be working out of your home. You must have a reliable vehicle, a digital camera and smart phone, camera pole and high speed internet. Our inspectors are responsible for setting their own schedule and must complete work orders in a Timely Manner, typically within 15 days of the order. Professional conduct, clear, written communication, and strong interpersonal skills are required. Qualified candidates must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and be able to work with limited supervision. You must also be able to pass a background check/motor vehicle report.
