Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 01/04/2022 4:32 AM 01/03/22 2021-0018, Hit and Run crash:  On 01/03/22 at 6:37 a.m., deputies responded to the 300 block of Old Mill Road in Little Rock Township for a report of a hit and run crash. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-0018, Hit and Run crash: 2021-0021, Theft: On 01/03/22 at 11:07 a.m., deputies responded to the 9000 block of Millbrook Road in Fox Township for a report of a theft. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-0022, In-State Warrant: On 01/03/22 at 11:36 a.m., deputies responded to the 300 block of Alyssa Street in Plano where they made contact with Daniel Duda, a 52-year-old male from the 300 block of Alyssa Street in Plano. Duda was taken into custody on a Kendall County warrant for aggravated domestic battery and transported to the Kendall County Jail. There is no bond on the warrant. 2021-0023, Driving While License Suspended:  On 01/04/22 at 2:25 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 126 and Schlapp Road, Na Au Say Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Juan Carlos Moreno-Alcauter, a 46-year-old male from the 7000 block of West 61st Place in Summit, IL. was cited for driving while license suspended.  Moreno-Alcauter was released on his own recognizance.      The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
