FREEHOLD, NJ — The Freehold Borough Council elected councilwoman Margaret Rogers as the new council president during their reorganization meeting. Councilwoman Sharon Shutzer and Councilwoman Annette Jordan were sworn into office after winning reelection. The two democrats were the two only candidates running for two open seats.
