McIntyre, 32, pleaded guilty to possession of visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Homeland Security and FBI investigators, along with the help of a foreign law enforcement agency, discovered McIntyre's IP address accessed a known dark web page that shares pictures and videos of child sexual abuse and exploitation.
