Looking for production workers (can be very entry level) but have a good attitude and are looking for a long term opportunities. Need people who can demonstrate some kind of mechanical aptitude with general tools. This company is one of the most state of the art facilities due to their high end manufacturing and design of glass infrastructures. They are looking for candidates that want to grow within the company. This company is extremely clean and a modernized warehouse that consistent of: -Welding cells -Large machinery for cutting frames and glass -Powder coating area; separate from all other production areas due to warming ovens and smells of paint -Assembly stations for crate techs and frame assemblers -Inventory area Candidates must be aware of their surroundings as there are forklifts operating throughout production. BREAKS Each person will get 30 minutes for their lunch breaks. They are able to get longer lunches if they attend an exercise class during lunch in company gym. CULTURE This is a long term opportunity with many employees that have been there for years. DRESS CODE Typical manufacturing attire: -Steel toes shoes -Appropriate long or short sleeved shirt -Jeans -PPE is provided if needed depending on department JOB DESCRIPTION -Assembles all of the window frames for the large glass structural products -Use measuring tools such as tape measure to measure where cuts will need to be made -Utilize cutting tools -Will do one point to point wiring throughout the frame as well -Install lock devices on large frames -Work as a team at a large station -Deliver materials to next station (powder coating) Pay starts at $19 an hr. and can go up to $21 after May.
