Primary responsibilities include cleaning, packing and moving, demolition. Technicians are expected to treat equipment with care, clean and disinfect equipment between use. Remain respectful while working in the field at off site residential and commercial buildings. Employees are to report to work with clean and neat appearance. Must be able to use hand tools Heavy lifting required, must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Long periods of bending, standing, kneeling, and stooping. Will occasionally require access to crawl spaces, attics or other confined spaces. Reliable transportation is a plus. Daily work hours range from 6-12 hour shifts dependent on workload Masks are required on all job sites and are to be worn at all time. Ideal applicants will be dependable, trustworthy, communicative, and professional. No prior experience is required. Will train individuals upon hire. Experience with Plumbing, Electrical and Construction is a plus. Must be able to start as soon as possible Must be able to produce proper work authorization. Employees are required to report to work with slip resistant shoes. Available shifts for days and weekends only. We service the city of Atlanta and local neighboring towns. In light of the pandemic to practice safety, initial interviews will be conducted virtually.
