CONCORD, NH — Christina M. Laroe, born 1985, of Concord was cited at 5:38 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2021, on a possession of alcohol beverages charge after an incident on Hall Street. Carl B. Savage, 56, of Concord received a summons at 5:28 p.m. on Dec. 14 on a criminal mischief charge on Thompson Street. Matthew L. Mattingly, born 1967, of Concord was cited at 11:05 p.m. on Dec. 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on 184 Loudon Road. Brandon Scott Mancini, 31, of Concord was arrested at 1:07 p.m. on Dec. 13 was arrested on a warrant as well as two theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies, due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident at Target on D'Amante Drive. Mancini was arraigned and had a disposition hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on Dec. 14. He is due back in court for a dispositional conference on Jan. 13. Mancini was also arrested in Bow on a felony drug charge on Dec. 22 and has other active cases in superior court. Bryar George Bamberger, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 4:50 a.m. on Dec. 13 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident at 113 S. Main St. Derek John Sikora, 38, of Concord was arrested at 6:28 p.m. on Dec. 12 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge as well as a bench warrant and a deal-possess prescription drugs charge. The charges were based on an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street on Sept. 8. He was arraigned in superior court on Dec. 12 and is due back for a dispositional conference on Jan. 14. Also on that day, Sikora is also expected to offer a plea on an active felon in possession of a weapon charge. Victoria E. Elliott, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 9:31 p.m. on Dec. 11 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, less than $1,000, after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Robert Phillip Brooks, 39, of Concord was arrested at 3:34 p.m. on Dec. 9 on a simple assault charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. Jesse John Deflorio, 29, of Boscawen was cited at 9:56 a.m. on Dec. 8 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. Benjamin Matthew Corless, born 1983, of East Cambridge, Massachusetts, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on Dec. 8 on driving under the influence and possession of marijuana-first or second offense, three-fourths of an ounce or less charges after an incident at 107 Fisherville Road. Azlynn A. Shaikh, born 1999, of Epsom was arrested at 4:58 p.m. on Dec. 6 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Smokers Choice 3 on Loudon Road. Nichole Christine Youngkin, 37, of Hillard Road in Gibbsboro, New Jersey, was arrested at 1:48 p.m. on Dec. 6 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge. Officers were sent to Walmart on Loudon Road for a shoplifting incident. They met with an asset protection manager who accused a woman, later identified as Youngkin, of stealing nearly $100 of items in a handbag including a small grill, a hammock, a glitter pack, and two propane canisters. According to an affidavit, she also attempted to steal luggage. The reporting officer reviewed security camera footage and accused Youngkin of stealing the items. During questioning, Youngkin admitted to the thefts, according to the affidavit. The officer accused her of giving a false name but was later able to confirm her identity, the affidavit stated. The officer also noted Youngkin had a theft warrant out of New Jersey, too. She was held on prevented detention by the bail commissioner and was taken to the county jail.
