We’re a 17-piece community big band that focuses on jazzy swing numbers and vocals from the ‘40s – ‘60s. (Think Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Frank Sinatra, etc.) We meet every Sunday late afternoon in our rehearsal space (ground floor) just north of the U District in Seattle. Play 10-12 gigs a year at indoor and outdoor venues throughout the area. Successful candidate must be able to read drum charts and have up-to-date Covid vaccination card.
