I’m a drummer looking to start a new project or join an existing project with a similar direction or enjoyable common grounds. The thing I care about most is the quality, creativity, and originality of the music. I just want to play fresh interesting good music. The heavier the better instrumentally but I’m open to non”heavy” projects too I turned 30 last month I’ve been involved in electronic projects, indie rock projects, metal projects, and even classic rock/r&b/soul projects. I’ve had lots of fun with them all, played shows, a couple mini region “tours” but I’ve yet to find a project that I felt was “the one” to pour my entire being into, and that’s what I hope to find. I’ve been playing for many years. Music is my life passion. Ii have gear and skills. Im Looking for people committed to, and invested in (financially and mentally) Their craft— mature people with musically ambitious, yet realistic goals, and the mindset to plan and work to achieve those goals. I don’t want to sound like a complete dick but this is the nicest way I can think to communicate this, and after a few past experiences, this is definitely something I think needs to be communicated. Once we get past that Im a generally goofy, fun guy to be around and hang with. Im pretty easy going especially in the band environment. In a perfect world I’d find a fun talented group of people, we would make some cool music, funny jokes, and tour the region in a nice van making cool music and grow from there. (That’s basically the minimum of what I want to do) Hope This gives an idea of what I’m about and have to offer.
