Property management company seeking a handyman with van/truck and tools required to complete regular repairs typical of residential repairs and renovations. Skills in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry are required. If you find it in a house we have to fix it. Renovations and upgrades are also completed within our portfolio and the ability to complete such work is required. You are expected to be able to manage your time, communicate with tenants and property managers to effectuate repairs quickly and correctly.
