Hello! i have spent many years working on making delicious food and have been told by many people that i should find a way to share these foods with everyone. the problem being that i need startup funds to be able to sell these products "legally"... recently i have been looking into cottage laws and i believe that to be the best way to start this process. Related background; Culinary school through Job Corps completed with managers ServSafe 10+ years of line cook and head cook service at Dennys, Retirement home, Various bars and dive establishments, some basic work to survive jobs as well like Tacobell and Burger king. as well as time spent on the other end of the spectrum calling out cook times and "HEARD" back to the chef. well versed in all the syrup and sugar stages and some confectionary work as well. I like top think i am very versed in lots of food production methods and can produce whatever is needed for you or your consumers. i do have a post online showing or stating some of the foods i have available or that i enjoy making and would like to make for others. i like to think that the foods i love making will have love baked into them and will be simply the best. i would be happy to make samples for you or your staff to see if it is something you would like to invest in. I can produce simple labels and everything we make, we strive to use 100% organic ingredients as they are finally becoming more of a financially viable option. we are open to various deals weather it be free food for your restuarant to a certin amount or a percentage from all places we sell too... there are plenty of options. we will be adding photos of the food we make as we go as we have more or less just taken pics of what we make for our own portfolios. the application fee is $230 and is non refundable. additional help with packaging and ingredient costs would be amazing but should not be necesary.
