ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police arrested four people on DUI charges in the last few days. Here is information from the reports: Charles R. Fiebrandt, 51, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 2 a.m. Sunday at First and York on charges of DUI and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on bond. According to a police report, his car was stuck in a snow pile. Yessenia Ramirez, 28, and Michael Nutting, 29, both of Addison, were arrested about 2 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of North Robert Palmer on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Ramirez also faces a charge of DUI. They were taken to the DuPage County Jail. Byron C. Dodd, 31, of Addison, was arrested about 8:30 p.m. Sunday at Lake and Route 83 on charges of DUI (drugs), driving with a revoked license, operating an uninsured vehicle, using a phone while driving, and stopping or standing in roadway. He was released on bond. According to a police report, Dodd was found passed out behind the wheel. He was administered Narcan, a medicine that reverses a narcotic overdose. He regained consciousness and admitted to consuming oxycodone. He was taken to the hospital. Gregory Jaudon, 58, of Chicago, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Saturday at Roosevelt and York on charges of DUI, improper lane usage and possession of marijuana by a driver. He was released on bond. According to a police report, Jaudon was found passed out behind the wheel. His pickup truck was in a ditch. Police report information is provided by local police departments.
