Outdoor Skating Rinks and Warming Houses Late December through mid February, weather dependent. Update as of December 30: All 10 skating rink sites are now open. Warming houses are also open - they include Cherryview, Dakota Heights, Greenridge, Meadows, McGuire, Parkview, Prairie Lake, Quail Meadows and Rolling Oaks. (Highview Heights will not have a warming house this year, but lights will be on from approximately 5-9 p.m. each night.) The status of rinks and warming houses will be made one hour before the scheduled opening. Updates will only be made only if there are changes.
