Need exp Carpenter or handyman

Hello, just bought a double wide (2005) 1800sq that was trashed by the previous tenants and need to renovate and repair the interior. Floors need replacement in many areas (soft) and then new vinyl flooring throughout, Kitchen needs complete replacement (cabinets are trashed). Bathrooms (?) new vanities and cabinets..new floors. Wish to upgrade and make modern lighting and switches throughout, we will prime and paint interior. This is not my "first Rodeo" as I have done about 4 of these renovations in other states. I know BS, drama, theft and lies from many tradesman (seen it all). My family is honest people and we seek a reliable, motivated, experienced handyman/ carpenter to develop long term relationship..when work is slow for you you call me and I will find something for you. No druggies, no prison tattoos on neck and hands. I need references. Depending on your skill level you can approach any or all of the various work I have. I cant pay top dollar (except for certain very technical tasks) but will can pay fair for reliable quality work.
