Press release from the City of Shaker Heights: December 14, 2021 Get Vaccinated or Boosted Registration is required UPDATE:The vaccine and booster clinic slots filled up almost immediately. If we are able to secure more vaccines we will open up additional time slots. Please check here and on the City's Facebook and Twitter for updates. The City of Shaker Heights will host a COVID-19 vaccine & booster clinic in partnership with the Cuyahoga Cuyahoga Board of Health. Individuals age five and up are eligible for a vaccine. Individuals 16 and up are eligible for the booster. This is a FREE event. No insurance necessary. Registration is required. All three COVID-19 vaccines will be available: Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson.
