Description
A.J. Lawn Services is looking for people that enjoy shoveling and snow blowing snow. This position is on-call throughout the snow season. The work day is typically 4.5-6.5 hours long depending on how much snow falls. Our customer base is in Boulder.
Meeting locations for work on snow days are in Boulder. The company provides all equipment needed. Your own vehicle is required for either position and we will pay you mileage. AJLS is looking for candidates who are: reliable, honest, punctual, hardworking, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Driver and crew leader - $22-24/hr - This person will gather the equipment and supplies at our shop and drive one of our company trucks. Responsible to put in/out times in our google sheet route and manage one other helper during storms. This person is paid for their time to pick up equipment/supplies/truck each time they come to the shop. 1 position available
Helper - $20-22/hr. - This person will show up at the first property and help the crew leader clear the designated areas of the property. This person will need to drive their own vehicle. Mileage is paid. 2 positions available
Bonuses are sometimes given during the season with consistent attendance, performance and difficulty of storm and are at the discretion of owner.
