Email: [email protected] We are looking for an Experienced Cleaner that is willing to work and flexible with hours to assist our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition and provide the best service for our clients. This is a night shift position from 9pm. Must live near DENVER, BOULDER, LAFAYETTE, LITTLETON. Responsibilities Cleaning designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Integrity Proven working experience as a cleaner Drug free workplace Must pass background check Authorized to work in the UNITED STATES (Social Security/ EIN #) Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Transportation required to travel to different job sites. Must be flexible to sudden schedule changes such as cancellations or reschedules Must be able to lift, pull or push at least 25 pounds. Along with bending and kneeling. Must be able to go up and down stairs and ladders safely. Supplies: Uniforms, all chemicals and equipment needed to fulfill job duties will be provided by Trustworthy Cleaning LLC. Conocimiento de productos y suministros de limpieza. Transporte necesario para viajar a diferentes lugares de trabajo. Debe ser flexible a cambios repentinos de horario, como cancelaciones o reprogramaciones. Debe poder levantar, tirar o empujar al menos 25 libras. Junto con agacharse y arrodillarse. Debe poder subir y bajar escaleras y escaleras de manera segura.
