Soon we will be starting our "Welcoming The Dawn", Chi Gong & Tai Chi course culminating in the auspicious study and practice of Hua Yi Ying Yi Liu Ho Ba Fa. A stylish system of Chinese internal development comprising the essence of tai chi, shing yi, ba gua and I Ching philosophy.  Our goal is strengthening the internal organs which in return promotes not only a strong and healthy inner but external, as well as warding off disease and discomfort.
