LOS ANGELES, CALIF.--Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services, a Four-Star Charity Navigator rated Social Services agency and home to children of all circumstances and abilities is the proud and grateful recipient of a $100,000 grant from the S. Mark Taper Foundation. The gift will support the agency's 2022 General Operations and Vista Del Mar's steadfast mission to provide a trauma-responsive continuum of vital services to empower children, youth and underserved families in Southern California to lead fulfilling lives. Vista Del Mar renders wraparound services and nurturing programs in education, mental health, autism, adoption, residential care, prevention and early intervention and is a lifeline to 5,000 children and families annually. Vista President and CEO, Lena Wilson, J.D. reflects, "The S. Mark Taper Foundation grant will optimize our ability to provide our beloved care community immediate and life transforming access to Vista's critical services during the public health crisis and beyond. We are implementing agency-wide technology upgrades that empower our devoted staff to uplift the lives of those they feel privileged to provide assistance to.
