Saturday or Sundays afternoons are possible PROJECTS: Organize, pack/box, and label boxes in the basement Kitchen Organize spices, food, 2 refrigerators, 1 garage freezer, kitchen equipment, Organize Kit supplies, tools, and cleaning supplies Organize 1 bedroom: laundry, clothes, jewelry, bedding, seasonal clothes boxed Organize supplements, vitamins, homeopathy, and beauty products Organize Basement: extra kitchen equipment, food, pet supplies, holiday decorations, laundry area, seasonal anything, books, candles, tools, and cleaning supplies. Manage, pack and facilitate donations in February Repot 8+ household plants and fill 10+ bird feeders WEEKLY: Hose/wash/clean several 3x5 floor mats, tools/buckets, trash receptacles Pet care: brush 2 pets, clean: 1 cat litter tray, and yard waste removal Minimal Entry maintenance Clean, repair, and fill ~8-10 outdoor bird feeders ALL Trash/recycle totes to the road, Mondays All tools and cleaning supplies provided. EXPECTATIONS: -Reports to work at the agreed scheduled time. 2 afternoons =10 to max 12hrs/weekly -Must comply with Covid protocols, proper safety, common sense, and procedures as required (i.e. when using cleaning chemicals/bleach, using tools, step ladder, etc). -Covid: Updated proof of all vaccines and wear masks, indoors -Internet access: Zoom and email -Able to determine the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of projects assigned -Self-directed and have excellent time management skills -Willing to have NO personal electronic devices/phones, during work, please. -Reliable transportation -Happy, kind, neat personality Together: I will guide/help/provide lists, and assist you PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the helper is regularly required to: Walk and run after gotten "loose" dog Climb basement stairs, repeatedly Bend forward Kneel down Reach and grasp Push and pull objects Lift and/or move up to 25-30 lbs. Repetitive bending and lifting of items Repetitive arm movements Handle/deal with Michigan's normal weather/rain/snow, lots of pet fur, garage/b'ment dirt, inside dust, nature's little critters, cobwebs, and Michigan bugs SCHEDULE: Available 4 to 6 weeks plus? total 125 to 150? hours Part-Time/only Mondays, Tuesday, and Thursday (11am to 8pm) 4 or 5 hrs/day, 15 to max 20 hrs/week. Some WEEKENDS? Saturday or Sundays afternoons are possible Mutually agreed-upon flexible schedule. Budget $1700 to $2000 total GIG, cash/check/MO. GIG: Payment in cash/check/MO, bi-monthly Cash(every 2 weeks), $12/hr start, check/MO=cash, this is a "GIG".... for 4 to 6 weeks IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY! What you need: 1.
