Description
Handy person to perform light repairs on vacant and occupied rental properties. Must have own tools, be very reliable and own a smart phone. Jobs are paid within 2 days via direct deposit and company pays for all material so no out of pocket expenses. Regular work for someone who is reliable and answers their phone. This is a 1099 position that is not full time. Minimum of $50 per job. You will need a clean background as well.
