The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for day to day warehouse operations including but not limited to receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory. Additionally, taking on responsibilities such as making deliveries, answering phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and maintaining a safe and clean work area will be required. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and detail oriented with a couple of years of warehousing, distribution, and logistics experience. The ability to learn and take initiative is a must, along with good interpersonal skills in order to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and international counterparts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound delivery and receiving of shipments.
Coordinate pull and delivery of inventory items.
Labeling products and packages.
Unloading freight trucks.
Retrieving pallets and stored products and equipment.
Use of reports for analysis and reconciliation of inventory.
Monitor ticketing system for pick requests.
Operate forklift.
Enter shipping data using appropriate scales, computer systems, forms, and measurements.

Requirements :
Job Qualifications – Education and Experience
High School Degree. Bachelors degree is a plus
2+ years job experience in role
Specific Systems – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Oracle
Requirements
General warehouse environment requiring ability to:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Attention to detail.
Lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
Use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports.
Forklift certification.
