There is a homeless person in the Surprise area that needs a leg up as he tries to better himself. I am trying to get him a phone, device, etc....so that he can use the WiFi at the local library, or wherever he can hook up to a decent bandwidth. Doesn't have to be the latest version of any operating system at all, obviously. Just enough to get him back in touch with the world. I am up at the library almost daily, so anyone that can help would be great. Just factory reset it, and help this person move on with his life. Thanks in advance, and God bless
