Responsibilities: Restoration Technician will be required to perform the following: -Water extraction and emergency mitigation. -Structure drying and equipment set up and monitoring -Mold remediation -Fire and smoke cleaning and remediation -Vehicle impact and vandalism board ups and site securing -Carpet cleaning -Biohazard clean up -Job site cleaning -Content movement and storage -Full commitment to on call rotation and 24 hour on call services when assigned. -Communicating with multiple clients on a daily basis and maintaining an exceptional level of communication with clients and mitigation managers. -Managing temporary labor personnel. -Completing all required paperwork for all mitigation work including moisture mapping, daily progress reports, equipment inventory log worksheets, immediate submittal of needed information to online insurance services via mobile devices and apps. -Maintaining all shop equipment, inventory of all mitigation supplies, mitigation vehicle appearances and maintenance, and PPE inventory. Qualifications: -1 year of restoration industry experience in restoration is preferred. -IICRC certifications for water damage mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, and mold restoration is preferred. -Excellent communication skills. Restoration technicians are typically the first representative of the company that the client interacts with. This requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Competent with computer and mobile devices for submittal and storage of all digital photos, paperwork, clocking in and out of job sites remotely. -Maintains a valid and current driver’s license -Successfully pass a criminal background check. -Motor vehicle background check. -Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
