Need someone that can work on lift gates

I have a cube van the lift gate quit working. I put a new solenoid on and switch and still nothing. Less then before. Before I did that I had a clicking sound from the solenoid when I switched it to up now I don't. I need help troubleshooting. I have checked fuses and seem to be good. You would have to come here because the gate is down and now way to put it back up. The lift gate is Theiman TVL 20 Ankeny iowa Send me your name and phone number to reach you.
