8 month AKC female German Shepherd

I have a 8 month old AKC female German Shepherd. I am asking $500.00 rehoming fee that includes her large crate/cage. I hate to do this, but she hates cats. I have 2 cats and now they are scared of her since she barks at them every time she sees them. The cats use to go by her, but as she has gotten bigger and more agitated when she sees them, the cats stay hidden. She stays indoors at night in her crate, but loves to run around the yard during the day. She has that puppy energy and needs long walks and outdoor playtime. She is not an apartment dog and has never been around children. I think she could get use to another dog as long as they were not small as she likes to play rough.
