Builder/Foreman for Residential Home Build

I am looking for someone with home building experience (maybe a retired home builder) who can be my onsite foreman for my home building project. This would be 5 days a week (8-10 hours per day) and pay is $3,000 per month. Job responsibilities include overseeing sub-contractors to be sure they are doing their job correctly and keeping the jobsite clean and organized. Must have building experience and some references of people who know your work. Please respond through Craigslist and I will set up an interview. The project should start in about 90 days.
