Luxury Apartment Community in Del Valle, TX is seeking an experienced Housekeeper. *WHAT WE OFFER* - Excellent Base Salary + Bonus Pay - 10 Paid Vacation Days per year - 5 Paid Sick Days per year - Paid Health Insurance for all Full-Time employees - Dental/ Vision/ & Life Insurance options - Oppurtunities for growth and training *GENERAL POSITION INFORMATION* - Full Time / 40 Hours per week - Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm - Eligible for overtime pay *POSITION DESCRIPTION* - Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. - Ensure offices, clubhouse, and resident amenities are cared for and maintained at a high stanadard. - Coordinating with property maintenance team to complete make ready cleans in vacant apartments. - Check stocking levels of all housekeeping supplies. - Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices. - Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. *QUALIFICATIONS* - Proven experience as a professional cleaner or housekeeper. - Multi-family housekeeping experience (Preferred) - Background and drug testing required for employment. *Please REPLY TO THIS POST for immediate consideration!*
